At Groundswell we work with young people, newcomers, freelancers, skilled people, and folks that don't fit (or don't want to fit) into the traditional job market to help them forge a path through the new economic reality we're in.

We've harnessed expertise in the world of alternative education and mission based business to create unique places like a public Test Market and processes like our personal incubator programs where people can learn hands on, in real time, and build their future through entreprenership. We have alumni that are now fully self-employed or have found meaningful, untraditional work for themselves through our network. We think we can help you and your community learn - and do! - more to create real opportunities for yourself and the people you work with in a new era of work.
